This Waiver and Acceptance of Liability (“Waiver”) is by and between Tactical Resources & Solutions LLC/ Iron Sights and the undersigned class participant/student prior to the participants/students engaging in Tactical Resources & Solutions LLC/ Iron Sights firearms / medical skills training.
Tactical Resources & Solutions LLC/ Iron Sights / is offering and providing this course for the benefit of the participant/students and others who want to learn and train in the use of firearms training, emergency lifesaving skills. The Course may involve the use of firearms and live ammunition.
Tactical Resources & Solutions LLC/ Iron Sights / will use its best efforts to create a reasonable safe and effective environment for training. It is however, not possible to create an absolute safe, risk-free environment. Through this waiver, the participant/student acknowledges this fact and assumes any at all risk and liabilities related to firearms and live ammunition and medical skills training.
Please read all terms carefully and type your initials in the space provided to indicate that you understand and agree to the terms.
1. Tactical Resources & Solutions LLC/ Iron Sights will allow the participant/student entry into the course after the participant/student signs this waiver. Initial below. 2. The participant/student acknowledges that the Course, though beneficial, is not a necessity and that similar courses are offered by other entities. Participant/student acknowledges that no formal certification is given and that the Course is informational-only. Participant/student is under no physical or economic compulsion from Tactical Resources & Solutions/Iron Sights to engage in this course or to sign this waiver. Initial below. 3. Participant/student expressly acknowledges that training with live ammunition and firearms is inherently dangerous and that there is no possible way that Tactical Resources & Solutions LLC/ Iron Sights it’s employees or their agents can provide a totally safe environment for the course. Participant/student acknowledges that attending and participating in the course will enhance participant/student’s exposure to risk of injury by occasioned carelessness of the Instructor and/or other course participants. The participant/student risks serious bodily injury and harm that includes a risk of death or dismemberment. Participant/student hereby assumes the risk of any and all injury that may result in participation in the course. Initial below. 4. All instructions and directions given to the participant/student during the course by Tactical Resources & Solutions LLC/ Iron Sights agents and instructors must be followed. Initial below. 5. Due to the fact that we, Tactical Resources & Solutions LLC/ Iron Sights, cannot provide a 100% risk-free environment, the participant/student hereby assumes the risk of any and all injury that may result from participation in the course. The participant/student acknowledges the fact that all written material and/or products with Tactical Resources & Solutions LLC/ Iron Sights Name, Brand(s), Logo(s), Image(s) and the sole property of Tactical Resources & Solutions LLC/ Iron Sights and that no attempt will be made to reproduce said material and/or products by the Participant/student or any assigned agent without the express knowledge and written consent of Tactical Resources & Solutions LLC/ Iron Sights. Noncompetition: After the signing of this Waiver, Participant/Student shall not engage in competition with Iron Sights for a period of five years with in the United States of America. Competition definition: Competition means engaging in self-employment in Firearms Training or emergency medical training or providing services similar to those provided by Iron Sights. Initial below.
Please familiarize yourself with the four major rules of firearm safety and initial that you understand them and will abide by them during this course.
Treat every weapon as if it is loaded.
Never point a firearm at anything you do not wish to shoot.
Keep your fingers straighten and off of the trigger until you intend to fire.
Keep your weapon on safe until you intend to fire.
I will abide by the firearm safety rules.
1. Ear protection and wrap around eye protection are required to be worn at all times while firing. Initial below 2. When clearing firearms, always check both visually and physically to ensure that the firearm is unloaded. Also, have instructor or agent verify firearm is cleared. Initial below. 3. Remember: Everyone has the responsibility for range safety. 4. You are expected to follow the guidance provided by the instructor(s) and range staff, use good judgment and to refrain from attempting any exercise which you may not be able to perform safely, based upon your own ability, equipment, prior training or physical condition. This Hold Harmless Agreement is by and between Tactical Resources & Solutions LLC/Iron Sights and the undersigned class participant/student prior to the participant/student engaging in Tactical Resources & Solutions LLC/ Iron Sights “Firearms/ Medical skills training Course”.
Tactical Resources & Solutions LLC/ Iron Sights is offering and providing this course for the benefit of the participant/student and others who want to learn and train in the use of firearms training /emergency lifesaving skills. The course may involve the use of firearms and live ammunition.

Participants/students here by absolve Tactical Resources & Solutions LLC/ Iron Sights its employees and it’s agents harmless from any sort of injury or damage experience by the participant/student in taking the course. Participants/ students expressly waives any and all rights and cause of action Participate/student may have for compensation at law in equity including negligence from Tactical Resources & Solutions LLC/Iron Sights, it’s employees or it’s agents in such an event that the participant/student is injured and shall indemnify the same. Initial below. 2. This agreement shall be binding upon participant/student, his/her heirs, assignees administrators, executors and estate it shall also be interpreted under Michigan law. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit or full tuition is required to register for every class. Though tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE, it is transferable (only once, see details below). Class tuition is only good for the calendar year. Unused class tuition DOES NOT carry over to the next year. There MAY be additional Range/Venue Fees associated with a class cost. Those who pay with a deposit will owe the remainder of class balance at class by cash, credit card or CashApp IF YOU REGISTER WITH A DEPOSIT AND DO NOT SHOW UP FOR CLASS, YOU WILL BE INVOICED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE BALANCE. Failure to pay an invoice for an outstanding balance when failing to show for class will result in not being able to train with IRON SIGHTS in the future until balance is paid.*REFUNDS will only be made if a class is cancelled by us. If a student cannot attend the class they signed up for, they will be given a full credit to another class of comparable value. No-shows without prior notice will not be given any such credit.
If you contact us OUTSIDE 30 DAYS before a class start, we will transfer your class tuition/deposit to another course of your choice within the calendar year. We will move a class tuition only ONCE (no exceptions). Please make sure you can attend a class before you register.
If you contact us WITHIN 30 DAYS from class start with a desire to cancel, tuition/deposit is forfeit. You are more than welcome to gift / give / sell your spot to someone who has the required prerequisites. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SHOW FOR CLASS/HAVE A QUALIFIED PERSON SHOW IN YOUR STEAD. When you register for anTamika Fulks/ Grants Legacy investments /IRON SIGHTS class, you make an agreement with us that you will be at class and we will have a spot waiting for you. We will always live up to the agreement we made. If you do not show up for class, you FAILED TO LIVE UP TO YOUR END OF THIS AGREEMENT. As such, there are NO refunds issued because you could not live up to the agreement regardless of reason. If you paid only a deposit, you will be required to pay the balance even if you did not show and did not contact us outside of 30 days.
We know things happen in life that can make someone late to class. That being said, it is the student’s responsibility to plan ahead to make sure that they are in place when their course is set to start. ALL STUDENTS MUST BE PRESENT for our Safety/Control Standards and Medical Briefing that takes place shortly after class start. THOSE WHO ARE NOT PRESENT FOR THESE BRIEFINGS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HANDLE FIREARMS AT OUR CLASSES. This is non-negotiable in every sense of the word.
